The series inspired by the portrait and the smoking woman continues.
In this work, a sensual female portrait, conducted with a fresh pictorial gesture and full of symbols: the triangle, symbolizing perfection, a blue semicircle for intellect, red, for passion, the triqueta, which associated with the number three, is considered a sacred number. And so these portraits, are almost never mere portraits, but archetypes of contemporary femininity. Through which to express one's philosophy of life.
... Every portrait made with passion is the portrait of the artist, not the model. The model is but the pretext, the occasion. It is not she who is revealed, but rather the artist who reveals himself, his dreams, his desires, his conception of beauty , who reveals in short, the secret of his soul. He reveals more about himself, he who makes a portrait rather than he who is portrayed.
