| Giovanni Badamo in art "Jò Badamo" ,Italian painter, was born the 16th November 1965 in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily, where he lives and works. Since he was a child, thanks to love and passion for art, he begins a defined path looking for a personal expressive language. In 1997 he elaborates several episodes recounted to him, when he was a child, by his grandparents and father. Those stories, described the hard country life, and how farmers were proud of living in a such genuine and natural life, forgetting the hardness of their work, and moreover proud of their human values.
