Ivano Ladri was born in Mestre, Venice mainland, in 1960, where self-taught, began his artistic career in 1977, mainly in painting and graphics guide. Lived in Rome since 1988, where he gradually approached other forms of expression such as sculpture, and multi-material assembly digitalpainting.
Since 2000 he has started an alternative form of expression, based on the use of mixtures related to the plaster and water-based paints, developed in painting and sculpture applied on wood substrates.

Just observe what is happening in today's society, to understand that there is a desire to return, to re-evaluate certain aspects of the past, though there is the primary need to advance towards the future. The rediscovery of cultural heritage away from current events, fortunately not completely removed and the search for sensations that can be an antidote to the hysteria and the tax rate, made ??me evaluate a form of communication in different forms, than by me developed so far, but generated from the combination of techniques, materials and themes touched on in the past. I decided to direct my work in a direction that provides the tones of the experience, looking for the short time away in a current proposal, which would provide, in addition to communication, a sort of suggestion that leads to the satisfaction of the pleasure of those who or has it simply observes.
