ARTISTIC CURRICULUM
Born in Ravenna in 1967. Graduated from art school nerves of Ravenna, lives in Russi (RA) where he currently works.
Presents to the public in exposing since 1988.
Extraction figurative painter has ranged in various styles of painting influenced artistic expression leads to a poor and corrupted art.
He has participated in numerous collective and national competitions winning awards, including the most important:

How important is memory in our time? Not memory or nostalgia, but the memory acquired that gives continuity to the past and that becomes history, it becomes the story, became part of our present form it creates us, the origin, the present, what is to come.
The artistic journey that so far I have dealt with interruptions and continued certainly a common thread to the different styles of painting tested: the emotion of everything that surrounds us.
Art without emotion is decoration.
Visually everything around us speaks for itself, the experience of growth and destruction of what is born and what vanishes. What intrigues me and that I draw is ultimately an attempt to provide a personal reference map for reading situations such as the thrill of life (or the opposite, the strain of living) who impressed on canvas becomes collective memory.
All remains and becomes a vortex continuous, fast but slow.
The images become etched in the paint surface fragments of memory, manifest in an overlap chronologically, timeless, of before and then, what grows and what disappears.
Snapshots of memory acquired, in a continuum of moments and moments of life lived.
Inevitably feed on a warm colors reminiscent of the earth, rock, iron, labor rights, poverty and continue to search for, and reinterpreting it, a human emotional journey where reality is a stark contrast of light and shadow.
Loneliness, isolation, loss, defeat, emotion, desire, the excitement of living, the joy.
The feeling and the emotion that the actors chosen, even the most different, give me, constantly trying to take me to a more exaggerated, in a range of colors more saturated chromaticism, and an effort of abstraction that makes me grow and I hope progress.
Media used for the construction of the works are canvas or wood that has been glued tissue paper, paper, food and other paperwork completed with acrylic resin, plaster, wood, jute as a base for acrylic paint or oil.
